Mullite brick is a high alumina refractory material with mullite as the main crystal phase. It has the following requirements for raw materials:

1. The foamed polystyrene beads are required to have a white appearance, uniform particle size, and a diameter within 0.5-2mm.

2. The selected sawdust is required to be screened through a 2mm sieve to remove impurities and fine sawdust on the screen.

3. The clinker needs to be crushed by a mill and vibrating ball mill.

4. The composition of industrial alumina is required to be Al2O3>99%; SiO2<0.10%; Al2O3<0.05%.

5. Kaolin is selected, and its composition is required to be: Al2O3>35%; SiO2<49%; Al2O3<0.5%; CaO+MgO<1.5%; K2O+Na2O<0.5.
